I sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of your professional holiday – the Miner’s Day!
Complicated, dangerous and truly heroic miner’s work has always been highly respected in the Ukrainian society, since deep engineering awareness, courage, commitment, experience and hard work lie behind coal mining.
Your tireless work provides for stable functioning of national economy, energy security of Ukraine, as well as warmth and light in our homes. We express our gratitude to all veterans of the industry and to all those currently working in mining enterprises.
Miners’ team work, their mutual support, energy and concern with social problems are worthy of the highest level of respect.
The state pays top priority attention to the development of coal industry. As of today, there have been elaborated and adopted a number of legislative acts necessary for refining activity of the industry, increasing labour efficiency, modernization of operating processes and securing proper and safe labour conditions of miners. This testifies to understanding of miners’ problems, the wish to securing stable work of coal mining enterprises, as well as to long-term prospects and concern about social development of mining cities and upbringing of worthy personnel shift.
I am convinced that due to our joint work, Ukraine shall become energetically independent state in the nearest future.
